Hi, my name is Brian Prows and this is my personal blog about social issues and debatable topics.

A blogger and podcaster in the San Francisco Bay Area. I also write about the mobile and new media marketing on MobileBeyond and mobile marketing and advertising on IM-Mobile.

After blogging for a number of years, I finally decided to start my own personal blog, a soapbox where I can write about social issues, items in the news and other topics that interest me but probably not my mobile blog readers. I also like to write creatively on non-business topics. So this site is my “creative soapbox.” I hope you agree.

Writing for a personal blog is always challenging. A writer wants to share his ideas, thoughts and passions. But personal blogs tend to drift in a sea of topics and opinions. Some bloggers have become famous writing personal blogs, readers clinging to every sacred word.

In my case, I’m not seeking high Google ratings or hitting Alexa’s top 100. So I’ll just write about things that interest or bug me and hope readers enjoy my rantings. If you disagree, feel free to leave a comment.
